800 – 900 words: to $1500. Overview: Everybody loves a testimonial. But honestly, they don’t go into much detail. That’s okay for the local ice cream shop, but for life-changing decisions, people need more information. Customer Success Stories (aka case studies) are extended testimonials that educate readers about your solutions and prove that you can deliver by tapping the voice of your happy customers. The process includes one interview with you, and another with one of your happy customers. These stories follow a simple, but powerful narrative: the challenges your client was facing, the solutions you provided, and the results you helped them achieve. Creating Customer Success Story, “step-by-step”:
